Megjegyzések:Unlike other resources, human resources are rare and hard to imitate, that makes them seen as a unique source of sustainable competitive advantages. Hence, it is essential for organizations to exert extra effort in order to manage such valuable assets. Through well-defined human resource management (HRM) practices, organizations can enhance their employees' satisfaction and commitment. As a result, it will stimulate them to perform extra efforts on behalf of their organizations and will increase their intention to stay. The study examines the role of HRM practices in increasing employees' job satisfaction and strengthening their organizational commitment, as well as explores the role of organizational culture and leadership style as a moderator of these relationships. By using secondary data from the previous studies, the result shows that the HRM practices play a significant role in increasing employees' satisfaction and commitment, and that role might be maximized if the HRM practices integrate properly with organizational culture and leadership styles.

The financial industry has experienced financial problems and crises which lead to heavy losses and bankruptcy. The global intertwining of banking institutions, globalization of financial services, the growth of the bank credit market and its diversification have increased these risks. Therefore new efficient methods and tools need to be developed. The main purpose of this article is to provide a critical review of the concept of bank risk management; in addition, the Basel principles developed over time will be focused on (Basel I, Basel II, Basel III). This paper summarizes the results of the previous studies with a view to helping bank managers understand the banking risk management process and providing guidance for future research

Megjegyzések:Various CRM software programmes have been introduced by big companies to create reliable solutions to provide the best service for customers and to receive customer feedback which helps to develop the company's products. However, one of the hardest decisions for a company is choosing the best software that fits its needs. In modern customer relationship management, the software candidates for CRM ticketing systems are evaluated based on multiple criteria rather than only considering the cost factor. This article will adopt an integrated MCDM model, a combined AHP "Analytic Hierarchy Process" with the QFD method. Sixteen technical parameters and fifteen customer support department requirements were collected, analyzed, evaluated, and then ranked using this model. This reliable model considers the stakeholders when making decisions, and measures their decision consistency in order to choose the best CRM software. This research analyzes a sample of the CRM software technical parameters used in a case study conducted on a transportation-rental company focused on its IT customer support department requirements.

Megjegyzések:In Today's turbulent business environment Anticipatory leadership is a need, the organizations that can be flexible in anticipation of inevitable change are expected to survive, and the key as they say today is in anticipating the future. This paper deals with the anticipatory of strategic change and it aims to outline the framework of leadership that needs to be employed in the changing scenario and provide an additional understanding of what modern leadership entails trends, skill set. Leaders are required to be aware, authentic, audacious, and adaptable and action oriented. These skills, also termed as literacies which should be in line with the trends in leadership where are all required of modern leaders, these trends of leadership and a developed set of skills discussed alongside with the illustrations of the ministry of health in Jordan as an example also will conclude a set of recommendations. Data sources were of secondary research and a desk research was used to illustrate most important points and findings of the topic.

Megjegyzések:As the 2024 elections in Indonesia draw attention, the issue of democracy on universities is often overlooked. Despite the political nature of power dynamics within universities, debates about campus democracy can create tension and harm the academic environment; such conflicts can negatively affect community, cooperation, and mutual respect among students and faculty. This study aims to help universities make better governance decisions, focusing on transparency, accountability, and other key factors. This article emphasizes the geopolitical risk effect in higher education circumstances, which was then developed as a basis for finding solutions for the sustainability of higher education in Indonesia. This research uses the PRISMA systematic literature review method to assist researchers in reporting transparently and systematically why the review was carried out, what the author did, and what was found which was then analyzed using the SLR method which was carried out systematically by following the correct research stages or protocols, includes review studies, structured evaluations, classification and relevant categorization of previously generated evidence bases. As a result Universities behoove sterile from elements of power or, in other words, have political immunity; the functions and roles of campuses need to be revitalized and decontextualized in campus democracy from any political anomaly that causes turmoil. In addition, this research can help stakeholders at the political level to provide consideration in granting full autonomy to campuses both in academic and non-academic aspects.

Megjegyzések:The general objective of this research was to investigate one of the management approaches ? precision dairy farming (PDF) and based on the example of Ukrainian dairy farms to assess its impact on environmental, economic and social pillars of sustainability. For conducting the study an inductive approach was used, which involved the development of a theory as a result of the observation of empirical data. Primary data was collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires via phone, with owners and managers of cow dairy farms of varied categories. In total, 17 dairy farmers took part in the study. Results showed that precision dairy farming technologies are being moderately used in Ukrainian farms. 41% of the participants (seven out of 17) are applying these tools in their farms. Most of the respondents indicated positive impact of PDF technologies on sustainability of farms. Particularly, financial performance of the farms has improved, health conditions of cattle got better and working conditions of the staff amended. Regarding environmental effects, it is hard to draw conclusions since none of the farms was measuring them.
