Megjegyzések:Thestudy aims to explainthe impact of the Proficiency Index in English (EPI) on Quality Education (Sustainable Development Goal No. 4),on the development of countries globally and specifically on the development of Hungary. In order to make this point, the study used the Pearson correlation test (via SPSS software), GDP scores (IMF report) and EPI (Education First Ltd report) with data from 2017. The study was based on a survey carried out on 107 foreign students in the area of Debrecen. The questionnaire took language barriersand daily commercial transactions into consideration. According to the study EPI influenced positively on both Quality Education and the national economy. Besides that, the questionnaire indicated that foreign students faced many obstacles to communicate and socialize. The survey also provided a number of useful suggestions and solutions regarding this case.

Megjegyzések:As the 2024 elections in Indonesia draw attention, the issue of democracy on universities is often overlooked. Despite the political nature of power dynamics within universities, debates about campus democracy can create tension and harm the academic environment; such conflicts can negatively affect community, cooperation, and mutual respect among students and faculty. This study aims to help universities make better governance decisions, focusing on transparency, accountability, and other key factors. This article emphasizes the geopolitical risk effect in higher education circumstances, which was then developed as a basis for finding solutions for the sustainability of higher education in Indonesia. This research uses the PRISMA systematic literature review method to assist researchers in reporting transparently and systematically why the review was carried out, what the author did, and what was found which was then analyzed using the SLR method which was carried out systematically by following the correct research stages or protocols, includes review studies, structured evaluations, classification and relevant categorization of previously generated evidence bases. As a result Universities behoove sterile from elements of power or, in other words, have political immunity; the functions and roles of campuses need to be revitalized and decontextualized in campus democracy from any political anomaly that causes turmoil. In addition, this research can help stakeholders at the political level to provide consideration in granting full autonomy to campuses both in academic and non-academic aspects.

Megjegyzések:As a result of the development of the field of accounting, in the second half of the 20th century an analytical, planning, control and management decision support function was developed, which goes beyond traditional financial accounting and is based on accounting and financial information. The term Management Accounting has spread in Anglophone theory and practice to describe the activity, while the phrase Controlling has spread in German-speaking countries. International literature often refers to the two as synonyms, and an overview of their basic definitions also reveals their similarity. However, their differences have been revealed in several studies. Management Accounting and Controlling can be interpreted as separate concepts, the development of which is based on different economic and cultural peculiarities, and consequently different institutional and educational systems. Management Accounting is a more accounting-focused and practice-oriented profession with its own strong institutions, while Controlling is more of a separate discipline with a serious university background, a broader perspective and a strong strategic focus. Management Accounting is spread in areas related to British and American culture and economy, while Controlling is widespread in European countries with strong German influence. Examining the literature sources, it can be concluded that Management Control Systems can be used as a synonym for Controlling which covers a wider area than Management Accounting. The development of concepts, the strengthening of the strategic approach and new demands on professionals are moving both concepts towards Business Partnering, a term used by both "cultural circles".

Megjegyzések:As a result of the migration wave appearing in summer 2015, the issue of immigrant integration has more often become conspicuous. Although a significant decline has been recorded in the number of immigrants, social-economic-labor market integration is still a challenge for experts and a task to be resolved. In our opinion, the key to the success of migration strategies and integration-aimed programs depends on the attitude and awareness of society (public opinion) and - on the organizational level - the manager and future colleagues as well as on the organizational culture and the approach of a proper human resource expert. Besides adequate information, the recognition of international 'best practices' and the adaptation of operational diversity-management, one of the possible methods of facilitating integration is the utilization of sensitization trainings. The article introduces partial results of a questionnaire survey involving 220 employees with respect to attributes associated with migrants and emphasizing the peculiarity and significance of sensitization trainings.

Megjegyzések:This study investigates the evolving perceptions of masculinity and the resulting male consumer trend groups in Eastern Hungary. It explores the changing roles of men, who increasingly embrace non-traditional attributes and redefine masculinity in response to social and economic shifts. The originality of the research lies in its combination of bibliographic cluster analysis and in-depth qualitative interviews, offering a novel understanding of male trend groups through a multi-method approach. The study identifies key consumer segments, such as metrosexuals, ubersexuals, and LOHAS men, while also uncovering the complexities of modern masculinity. Analyzing these groups highlights how work, health, and risk management influence men's consumer behaviours. The results emphasize the need for businesses to adapt their marketing strategies to reflect the nuanced identities of male consumers. Practical applications include targeted marketing efforts that align with specific trend groups, enabling businesses to engage this evolving demographic effectively. The study's innovative approach contributes valuable insights for marketing professionals and researchers in gender studies.
