Megjegyzések:This study explores the association between special educational needs (SEN) and the level, mode, and intensity of parental involvement in Hungarian schools. Anchored in the principles of child-centered education and inclusive collaboration, the research investigates whether families of SEN students engage differently compared to their non-SEN counterparts, particularly when additional socio-economic disadvantages are present. A literature review revealed limited comparative analysis between SEN and non-SEN groups, prompting a focus on existing studies that examine parent-school relationships, primarily from the adult perspective. The empirical component utilizes a secondary analysis of the National Assessment of Basic Competences (NABC) database, drawing on longitudinal student-level data from the 2015 (Grade 6), 2017 (Grade 8), and 2019 (Grade 10) cohorts. A refined dataset tracks students on an uninterrupted educational path, allowing analysis of parental involvement indicators derived from five items in the background questionnaire. Findings suggest that while parental involvement generally declines over time, the decline is steeper among students with multiple disadvantages than those with SEN alone. Support with homework stands out as the most sustained form of involvement, although it remains limited for families with lower educational capital. Contrary to assumptions, SEN students receive substantial parental attention through secondary school, highlighting the potential for constructive alliances between teachers and families. However, PTA meeting attendance is markedly lower among parents of disadvantaged learners. The data also emphasize that students classified as both SEN and socioeconomically disadvantaged (LOW SES) exhibit the highest dropout risk, stressing the need for targeted interventions.

Megjegyzések:Early childhood education and care have become an important aspect of society and the well-being of people. A proper early childhood education can build a solid foundation for lifelong learning achievement and reduce the cost of lost talent and spending on social, health and even justice systems. Within early childhood education, the Reggio Emilia approach has gained popularity around the world and a number of countries in the West employ this approach in their early childhood educational system. In the young and prosperous country of the United Arab Emirates with its famous city of Dubai, this child-centred approach is also famous amongst affluent families with young children. This paper looks into early childhood education and the Reggio Emilia approach in the city of Dubai and how this is presented in the educational system of the UAE.

Megjegyzések:This research is meant to uncover some of the internal grammatical structure of bilingual Farsi speakers who have English as their dominant language. Bilinguals, whose mother tongue is Farsi but whose dominant language is English, are influenced by their dominant language on their mother tongue concerning pro-drop. One of the issues often seen in bilingual speakers of null subject languages is the use of pro-drop in languages such as Hungarian, Japanese, Chinese, Slavic languages, and Arabic. This paper will demonstrate how these bilingual speakers incorrectly use the null subjects in their sentences and in addition, how SEN children i.e. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) understand and use the pronoun dropping phenomenon. Choosing a null pronoun in the non-dominant language seems unacceptable to some speakers because their dominant language lacks pro-drop; therefore, in certain situations, researchers might say that these bilingual speakers do not sound as fluent in their native language as they do in their dominant language. The main focus of this research is the investigation into the preference of bilingual speakers as well as ASD children of English and Farsi and their use of pro-drop.

Megjegyzések:In the education world, Waldorf education exists in some countries. Waldorf education revitalized the Indonesian education issue to improve individual well-being. This study reviews Waldorf education in Indonesia. We collected data via online content analysis focused on the Waldorf school website and Facebook. It was reported that Waldorf education only exists in big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Balikpapan, and Bali. All Waldorf education in Indonesia only offered play gardens, except Arunika Waldorf and Madu Waldorf, which offer an elementary school. All of the websites from Jagat Alit, Arunika, Bambino Preschool, Madu Waldorf, and Kulila Playgroup provide all the information about their school. However, for Denia Beun Play Garden, the information was mostly updated on their Facebook account. The implementation of Waldorf philosophy was well implemented in all schools. The adjustment point only on cultures because of the differences between Europe culture and Indonesian culture.

Megjegyzések:A mozgás, a mozgásfejlesztés minden gyermek esetében kiemelt szerepű, hiszen a motoros és a kognitív állapot és fejlődés szoros összefüggésben áll egymással. Az óvodáskor különösen fontos időszakot ölel fel a mozgásfejlődés szempontjából, az e korban kialakult mozgásos képességek és készségek meghatározók a későbbi élet teljes időszakára vonatkoztatva. Jelen tanulmányban az autizmus spektrum zavarral élő gyermekek mozgásának sajátosságaival és a fejlesztések hatékonyságával foglalkozunk, a szülők szemszögéből vizsgálva. A személyes interjúkon alapuló vizsgálatban (n=28) olyan szülők felkeresésére került sor, akik korán diagnosztizált autizmus spektrum zavarral élő gyermeket nevelnek. Az interjú során kapott adatokat kvalitatív és kvantitatív módszerekkel elemeztük, beleértve a gyakorisági és tartalmi elemzéseket, hogy feltárjuk az ismétlődő mintázatokat és az egyéni eltéréseket. A válaszok tematikus kódolásával és kategorizálásával három fő témát azonosítottuk: 1) motoros funkciók sajátosságai, 2) korai diagnózis jelentősége: 3) Fejlődés és fejlesztő foglalkozások, melyekre vonatkozó megállapítások olvashatók a tanulmányban.

Megjegyzések:The purpose of this paper is to discover the way Reggio Emilia addresses special needs children. This research will discuss several theories from educational psychologists such as Vygotsky, Gardner, Piaget, Bronfenbrenner, Bruner, and Dewey that are used in the Reggio Emilia approach. The Reggio Emilia approach can help special needs children optimize their learning ability, facilitate learning through experience, and give them the opportunity and courage to try something new. Thus, the purpose of this article is to investigate the extent to which the Reggio Emilia approach can aid in the development of special needs children's creativity, as well as to inform the community about the form of early Reggio Emilia education for special needs children.

A SARS-COVID-19 vírus következtében kialakult járványveszély hatásait elemzi a hazai kora gyermekkor intézményekben, különös tekintettel az óvodákra. Ismerteti a 2020. március elejétől 2020. szeptemberig terjedő időszak helyi és kormányrendeleteit, amelyek az óvodák működését szabályozták. Ismerteti az óvodapedagógusok és óvodai dolgozók járványveszély ideje alatti rendkívüli tevékenységeit, és azokat a kihívásokat, amelyekkel a kialakult helyzetben kellett szembenézniük.

With online questionnaires we try to explore answers and solutions in research that can help professionals pass them on to families as good practice. The questions are about the family programs for different generations organized by the institution and municipality as well as the functioning of reverse socialization mechanisms in the intergenerational relationship. The aim of the paper is tp show some examples of good practices in multigenerational programs, which were examined in the research.
