Megjegyzések:	Corporate social responsibility [CSR] is characterized by common elements of followings: behind responsibility there are business and decision makers, CSR activities are led by principles of voluntary action and result in measurable business and social value-crafting gains. Many studies and business-practice have already highlighted that the assessment of CSR activities are primarily based on self-assessment and self-evaluation, and contains little quantitative components. However, empirical studies confirm that corporate social responsibility can be measured. Our research inductively attempts to study and develop a quantitative, measurable and comparable self-assessment system for actors of gambling industry using the model of Hungarian Lotteries operating in the domestic market. We suggest a "user friendly", well parameterized, weighted system suitable for CSR evaluation methods and tools, taking into consideration that CSR activities should fit the core-competence of the examined organization. This improved self-assessment output model with its 11 +1 criteria and 86 items leads to a deeper understanding of CSR performance - in comparison, the basic model worked with 5 criteria and only 38 items.
