Megjegyzések:This study delves into the intricate dynamics among inclusive leadership (IL), perceived organizational justice (POJ), person-environment fit, employer attractiveness (EA), psychological empowerment (PE) and intention to apply, highlighting mediating and moderated mediation effects, grounded in Attraction-Selection-Attrition (ASA) and person-environment fit theories. A survey of 420 potential employees in Bangladesh was conducted online; the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses and use process macro-Model 14 for moderated mediation model with bootstrapped confidence intervals. The outcomes indicate that IL enhances EA through POJ and person-environment fit (P-E fit), which subsequently increases jobseekers` intention to apply; PE operates as a moderated mediation, indicates that higher levels of PE weaken individuals` reliance on IL and work environment cues when forming application intentions. The study extends ASA and P-E fit theories to the pre-entry stage by demonstrating a moderated mediation framework. These insights are essential for HR managers and policymakers in Bangladesh to attract top talent by creating compatible working environments.

Cím:Mediation effects of engagement and job satisfaction between Herzberg's theory and performance : with moderation role of abusive supervision / Md. Abu Issa Gazi, Abdullah Al Masud, Md. Emon, Mohammad Bin Amin, Amani AbdAlatti, Sukanta Biswas, Abdul Rahman Bin S Senathirajah, Veronika Fenyves

Megjegyzések:the purpose of our research is to examine the dual mediation effect of job satisfaction and engagement on the association between job performance and hygiene parameters. these mediators were selected for capturing the varied routes by which hygiene factors affect job performance, as engagement and satisfaction represent distinct components of employee well-being. additionally, this study investigates how abusive supervision moderates job engagement and job satisfaction on job performance, which may lessen the benefits of good work circumstances on performance. a quantitative study method is employed by surveying 410 Bangladeshi workers in the government, semi-government and private sectors. structural equation modeling is utilized to analyze the data in order to look for correlations and moderating effects. the findings indicate that hygiene factors have a significant positive effect on job engagement and satisfaction, which improves performance. nevertheless, these effects are weakened by abusive supervision because employees under such authority exhibit lower performance even when they are highly engaged with their work and satisfied with it. this study expands on Herzberg`s two-factor theory for examining abusive supervision as a moderating component. it illustrates how poor supervisory behaviors can negate the positive influence of job engagement and satisfaction on performance. the research stresses the need for supportive supervisory practices so as to improve employee productivity.

Cím:Evaluating customer satisfaction with the quality of online banking services after COVID-19 : developing country perspective / Md. Abu Issa Gazi, Abdullah Al Masud, Mohammad Bin Amin, Md. Alamgir Hossain, Abdul Rahman bin S. Senathirajah, Masuk Abdullah
Dátum:2024
ISSN:2331-1975
Megjegyzések:This study aimed to assess customer satisfaction levels with the quality of online banking services in the Islamic banking sector of Bangladesh, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected from 280 online banking customers using a modified questionnaire based on the SERVQUAL model. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS. The findings showed that a number of factors, including efficiency, dependability, responsiveness, and security, affect customer satisfaction. Among these dimensions, reliability was identified as the most crucial factor, exerting the greatest impact on customer satisfaction after COVID-19. Given the growing significance of online banking in Bangladesh, effective delivery of these services can enhance customer satisfaction and provide banks with a competitive advantage. The results of this study have practical implications for bankers, investors, bank management, and policymakers in the country`s banking sector. They offer valuable insights into the essential factors affecting customer satisfaction with online banking service quality and can inform the development of strategies and policies to improve the overall customer experience in this context.
