Megjegyzések:A 52-year-old woman with intermittent pain in the right upper abdominal area was sent to our nuclear medical department to characterize the nature of an ultrasonographically visualized tumor, persisting below the right lobe of the liver. Tc-99m sulfur colloid planar gamma camera scintigraphy revealed a 6-cm spherical accumulation inferior to the right liver lobe and a smaller one posterior to the liver. Other nuclear medical studies indicated that this was the spleen. This was a single developmental disorder, without abnormalities of other abdominal organs.
