Megjegyzések:	IPOO-minimum program is a learning developmental program. According to its theoretical background (the IPOO-model), learning is an information processing procedure. In ideal case, outcome of this procedure is so-called productive (creative) learning. In unfortunately cases, the learning can be reproductive or deficitive, and learning development is needed. The aim of the present study is to introduce learning developmental possibilities of IPOO-model. This study consists of five essential parts. After a short introduction, we have to define some basic concepts about learning diagnostics and development. In the third and fourth parts, we present the IPOO-model of learning and the ♭IPOO-minimum' learning developmental program. Finally, we give some short reports about our research results.
