Megjegyzések:	The paper describes a method of designing and implementing a closed loopcontrol on a FPGA (Field Programmable Gateway Array) device. Thecontrolled system is a brushless DC motor (BLDC). The overall speedcontrol system is presented and each digital block is designed andimplemented into the FPGA device. The software used for closed loopcontrol simulation and design Is Matlab, specifically the tools Simulinkand System Generator. The Simulink is used for determining the systemresponse and tuning the PID controller. With System Generator thecontroller is designed and the FPGA implementable VHDL code isgenerated. In order to speed up the simulation and obtain a much moreaccurate simulation results, hardware in the loop simulation will beused.
