In the lecture there are given a survey of possible aims of determination of building's state, and the tasks belonging to the achievement its certain aims. There are given a survey the process of the assessment of building's state, inside there is the study of the plain of building, the treatment of the earlier documents, the examinations of the building, the on-the-spot investigations and opening, the sampling, then the following laboratory analysis, the placing of measuring points and systematic measure. After this, based on the treatment of the earlier documents and the information get in the curse of examinations of the building there is given the preliminary assessment of building's state. In the depending on preliminary assessment, the further investigations are assigned. At the end the chapters of the expert's opinion of the assessment of building's state are given.
