Megjegyzések:	Flies of helicopters have determinant role in the environmental noise protection system, causes of which are theinherent characteristics of flying noise and its impact on environmental noise. Several investigations have beenperformed, that shoved harmful impacts of helicopter noise, and shown possibilities of noise protection. Butthese investigations have not valued the analysis of collective noise of helicopter and other sources. The mainaim of our investigation to propose regulations which can guarantee sensible noise and vibration protectionlimits but the noisy operations is not need to be discontinued. Surveying the most problematic and most frequentindustrial activities, we find the building-trade industry, in which the noise abatement is practically impossible.Industrial application of helicopters can be an effective approach to solve the problem mentioned above. Thepaper will show investigation of authors in this context and conclusions.
