Megjegyzések:
Composting is aimed to minimise waste production, reducing environmental pollution and enhancing the recycling capacity of substrates. The agricultural use of sewage sludge composts is an excellent form of its. In recent decades the focus have been placed the aqueous extracts of composts (Kavroulakis et al., 2005, Koné et al., 2010). These can be used for nutrient supply and several studies report the disease suppression effects of them (Termorshuizen et al, 2006, Joshi et al., 2009). If effective in practice, is a potential alternative of fungicides that is consistent with sustainable agriculture.Water extracts derived from sewage sludge compost is expected to positive effects on the soil nutrient content and improving the soil life. In this way, to some extent contributes to the alternative treatment of organic substances in soil. Synthetic fungicides and chemical fumigants are usually applied in agriculture. Although their indiscriminate use may induce resistance in plants and accumulation of toxic residues in food, water, air and soil. Therefore, more emphasis should be given to develop alternative methods to help making the favourable environment with less pathogens, and host plant more resistant or less susceptible to soil-borne pathogens. Compost teas have been widely explored as an eco-friendly option for controlling plant disease (Joshi et al., 2009). In this respect, aqueous compost extracts are viewed as potential alternatives to the use of synthetic chemical fungicides as they provide a means of controlling plant pathogens that are deemed safer for health and environment (Koné et al, 2010).Extracts are prepared by mixing compost and water. Then incubating the resulting slurry without agitation for several days but can also be enriching with oxyen. The slurry is filtered through cheesecloth, and the filtrate, termed an extract or compost tea, is sprayed onto the aerial surfaces of plant or allocated into soil. We examined the fertility ability of the water extracts of sewage sludge compost in a pot experiment arranged on two different soil types (sandy and clayey soil) with two test plants (Lolium perenne and Lepidium sativum) and several treatments. Moreover, we studied the possible effect of the Fusarium solani pathogen multiplication and infectivity in vitro and in field experiments. In this case, the compost extracts were prepared through the following processes: different doses of compost, aeration and bacterial filtration variants.Based on these results we can conclude that aerated, not filtrated through bacterium filters compost extracts had strong inhibitory effect on the multiplication of Fusarium solani as compared to the control samples. Treating effects is shown in the pot experiments. The plants treated with aqueous extracts of sewage sludge compost are more vigorous compared with control plants. There is a difference between the two soil types, the fertilizer effects of the compost extracts is more noticeable in clayey soil. Further studied are needed of course.
