Megjegyzések:	In our research we study one of the most widespread fields of employment, which is the atypical form of flexible employment, more precisely employment-outsourcing. Employment-outsourcing has been legally accepted in Hungary since 2001, and it is one of the most widespread, most discussed and questioned atypical form of employment. In Europe the atypical employment forms have proved to be highly popular, however in Hungary both the employers and the employees distrust this type of employment. To understand the processes we have found it inevitable to display an extensive literature related to this field. We are aiming to present the practice of employment-outsourcing through definite examples following the study of the relevant literature. Our questionnaires have focused on the remarks of one definite employment outsourcing company Human Service Agency Ltd, and the opinions of the outsourced employees.
