Megjegyzések:The situation and the possibilities of the employment of the career starters needs consideration. Concerning the group of the unemployed, I wish to study the employment situation of one the most deproved social group, the career starters, furthermore I hope to present helping aid to their situation. To conduct research in this field I have made use of the databasis of Szabolcs-Szatmar Bereg County's Employment Centre, as well as the relevant literature, published materials, case studies and the results of my questionnaires carried out among career starters. The Employment Centres have put an emphasis on the prevention of the unemployment of career starters, and on encouraging the employment of those listed in the centre, thus preventing long-term unemployment. I have looked for answers to my hypothesis concerning the job-seeking techniques of the career starters, while I applied questionnaires for my research and for my studies.
