Megjegyzések:Receptors for the Fc region of IgG (FcgammaR) provide a significant role in the specific and aspecific responses of the immune system. When FcgammaR interact with immunglobulin, a variety of biological responses are triggered including phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, endocytosis of soluble immune complexes, enhancement of antigen presentation, release of different cytokines. FcgammaRs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily and three main classes, FcgammaRI, FcgammaRII and FcgammaRIII are recognised in man in different isoforms. The various genetic polymorphism of the receptors provide the receptor heterogeneity in the different cellular functions and may influence the pathogenesis and process of different diseases involving the change of the immune system.
