Megjegyzések:	The autumn migration of the Thrush Nightingale (Luscinia luscinia) have been studied at Szalonna in East Hungary, in a site of the Directorate of Aggtelek National Park between 1986-2006. The aim of the study was to analyse the migration dynamics of Thrush Nightingale with the help of biometrical characteristics. The valley area is an opened and wide bushland site between two hills with closed coniferous forests. All the birds were caught in mist nets and ringed with individually numbered rings. The maximal wing lenght, body mass, fat categories were measured and their age as well. 147 Thrush Nightingale were ringed and 27 individual birds were recaptured on 43 occassions (41%). The first individual was ringed on 6 August and the last one on 26 September. Two migration wave periods werer separated: between 6-24 August and 25 August-26 September. The maximum stopover time was 35 days. Of all birds 2% were recaptured after one year or later. The first specimens arrived with shorter wing and lower body mass. Mean wing lenght was 82-96 mm, the body mass was 18,0-44,0 g. According to the low rate of recapture history, the low raising of body mass and the short period of the stopover time, we proved that the Bódva-valley was important for Thrush Nightingale but perhaps notbe use as a premigratory refuelling area or a stopover site.
