Megjegyzések:	So in the grape grower and winemaker countries of the world, the grapevine trunk diseases means an increasingly important plant protection problem in Hungary too. These diseases are leading to early decline, and because the obligate vine replacements the plantation bears fruit later. This is a severe financial problem for the affected wineries. As a country with great past in winemaking, we must take our part in the international researches of this topic.In our research we assessed the condition of the grapevine variety collection in the Horticultural Research Facility Pallag of the University of Debrecen in terms of this syndrome and we investigated the environmental needs and spreading of the disease.We have uncovered the reasons of the severe infection with the documentation of the vines which showed the typical symptoms and taking into account the weather conditions. It has been found, the main reasons of the aggravation of the disease were the very favorable weather for the infection in March 2013, the water status of the soil and the microclimate.We have sorted the varieties of the collection into sensitivity groups, based on how frequently expressed the symptoms, in the years different favorable for the expression. We have verified the difference between this groups with statistical tests. The symptoms appeared most often in case of varieties Toldi, Angéla, CSFT-195 and Karát.We have isolated the endophytic fungi from the vine parts which was shown the vascular tissue symptoms, then we identificated them by mold morphology. The only GTD- causing pathogen was a Diplodia sp./spp. which occurred in our samples. This genus is responsible for the Botryosphaeria dieback and black dead arm disease. In addition we identificated the species of the Alternaria, Fusarium, Cladosporium, Penicillium, Epicoccum, Diaporthe and Bionectria genus.
