Nous évoquons,sur la base de données publiées, les indications et résultats duENGLISH:CyberKnife? and benig n pathologiesSUMMARY : Conventional radiotherapy is known to be aneffective treatment approach even for "benign" pathologies.However, this kind of treatment yields a high potential for sideeffects. The Cyberknife?, a robotic stereotactic radiotherapydevice, enables to offset a large proportion of the disadvantagesencountered with conventional radiotherapy essentially throughthe high precision of dose administration and sparing of healthytissues. Therefore, it seems to be a treatment of choice inthe approach of some benign intracranial diseases. We reviewpublished data on indications and outcome of Cyberknife? forintracranial "non-malignant" disease.Cyberknife? pour des lésions cérébrales ?non malignes?.
