Megjegyzések:Development based evaluation systems has grown from the progression systems of the fantasy role playing games. These games were very popular in the 1980-1990s. Both pedagogy and human resource management discovered the power of development based evaluation in the area of gamification. Furthermore, the generation of role playing gamers are nowadays leading top managements mainly in IT sector. In this study, we show our development based evaluation system generated and used for evaluating students' performance in introductory information technology courses at the Faculty of Business, Economy and Managemet, and Faculty of Informatics of the University of Debrecen in the past 5 years.
