Megjegyzések:	The new Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code) has created new norms in the compensation system for non-pecuniary damages, which also resulted modifications in the Labour Code (Act I of 2012 act on the Labour Code). Among the frame the employer's liability for non-pecuniary damages is certified in Section 9. ?, where the legislator creates a link between the Labour Code and Civil Code with which the employee has the opportunity to claim a grievance fee on the basis of the Civil Code. As a result, the norms of the two Codes must be applied together, which means that in a lawsuit connected with non-pecuniary damages the legal ground will be Section 166. ? of the Labour Code but the subject will be considered as it is regulated in the Civil Code. This way of application can cause some problems especially with claims for non-pecuniary damages.
