Megjegyzések:	The aims of this study were: (1) to record the illegal waste deposits which were minimum 3 m2 in average size and (2) to investigate how are located these illegal deposits and what kind of waste types are the most abundant in the region. The waste potential was surveyed in 23 village of the Eger small region. The investigations were started in the spring and summer of the year 2013. This monitoring activity will be continuing in the late at autumn of this year in the city of Eger. It was determined the GPS coordinates of all illegal waste deposits; paraphrased generally with the name of affected streets, the compact place description. From deposits were made photo documentation with minimum 3-3 pieces photos. It was detected 40 pieces illegal waste deposits in the model region over time. It was not found illegal waste only in 6 townships. The average size of waste deposits was: length = 8.6 m; width = 10.0 m; height = 1.5 m. In most cases the type of waste was: inert, biodegradable and mixed municipal. Our results are the followings: (1) surprisingly small number of illegal deposit was recorded in the selected villages; (2) in most cases the type of the placed illegal waste is inert and municipal solid waste.
