Megjegyzések:	In this paper a unique health care solution will be described that supports the more effective operation of the hospital information systems. The designed and implemented system works as a transmitter between the physicians and patients. The system operates with sensor based information that collected from the community. Emerging internet of things opens new horizons for today's health care systems. The detailed system gives the ability to real time health monitoring and deep health analyzing through open application programming interfaces. The telemedicine hub system makes easier to integrate the internet of things capability into the real health care systems.
