Megjegyzések:	A pot experiment was set up in order to evaluate the soil respiration by the emission of CO2 on 3 different soils treated with different soil conditioners in the Research Institute of Karcag IAREF University of Debrecen in 2018. Two soil conditioners (Physiomax, Solactive) and one control treatment were applied. Our hypothesis was that by means of the measurement of CO2 emission from the soil the positive effect of soil conditioners on the microbiological activity of the soil can be figured out. The pots were filled with 3 different soil types that represent the 3 main soil groups of the Great Hungarian Plain: chernozem from Debrecen-Látókép, solonetz from Karcag, and sand from Nyírlugos. The CO2 concentration of the emitted gas from the pots was measured once a week with a Testo 535 infrared gas analyser before and after the incubation period of 30 minutes. Higher soil respiration values induced by the microorganisms in the treatments with soil conditioners were expected than in the control treatment. The CO2 concentration in solonetz and chernozem soils showed no representative difference between the treatments. In the case of the sandy soil we gained unexpected and contradictory results. Though this soil is the poorest in nutrients, the highest CO2 concentration values were measured. No treatment effect could be figured out, though after the second treatment somewhat higher CO2 concentration was measured in the pots treated with Solactive. Markedly high CO2 concentrations were measured for each treatment after irrigation was applied.
