Megjegyzések:	A rheumatoid arthritishez társuló szekunder osteoporosis kialakulásában számos tényező vesz részt. Az arthritis patogeneziséből eredően több olyan gyulladásos mediator termelődik a synoviumban, amely lokális csontreszorpcióhoz vezet. A betegek között sok postmenopausaíis korú nő van. Az immobilitás. a csökkent ösztrogén-,androgén- és D-vitamin-metabolit-szint, valamint a szteroid-, és esetleg a methotrexatkezelés is szerepet játszanak a csontanyagcsere zavarában. A szamos faktor miatt az arthritishez társuló csontvesztes turnovere magas. A szekunder osteoporosis terápiájában a ma ismert és használt. szinte valarnennyi gyógyszert kipróbálták már. A szerzők jelen rnunkájukban áttekintik a rheumathoid arthritishez társuló osteoporosis patogenetikai faktorait és klinikai vonatkozásait is. A number of pathogenetic íactors are involved in the secondary osteoporosis assodated to rheumatoid arthritis. Several of inflarnmatory mediators are produced in the rheumatoid synovium resulting in local bone resorption. Most of the rheumatoid patients are postmenopausal women. Apart from these factors, immobility the decteased serum levels of oestrogens, androgens and vitamin D metabolites, as weil as glucocorticoid and possibly methotrexate treatment enhance the development of osteoporosis. Rheumatoid arthritis is associated with high turnover resulting in bone resorption. A!most all antiresorptive agents have been tried in the treatment arthritis-associated osteopenia. The most important pathogenetic factors of secondary osteoporosis and the discussion or clinical aspects arc also presented.
