Megjegyzések:This study reviews the literature on community schools and experiential pedagogy as innovative pedagogical movements. First, we characterize community schools and find their place in the field of educational activities, involving parents and local NGOs therefore offering a rich variety of experiential pedagogical activities. Second, we present an exemplary community school form Oradea, Romania, which was founded in an uncertain period of the year 2019, during the first wave of COVID-19 Pandemic. Third, we explore whether the impact of community schools' influence the four C's of 21st Century skills, such as: Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication. Community schools offering an alternative, experiential way of learning is quickly increasing in number all over the world, but there is no evidence whether they are more effective than traditional schools. This study reviews by presenting one of exemplary school form Romania the effectiveness of community schools.
