Megjegyzések:	The Constitution of Turkey provides protection for the family lots of aspects, which are implemented in several laws. Article 41 of the Turkish Constitution defines the family as the foundation of Turkish society, and the state must take the necessary precautions to maintain the peace and well-being of families in Turkey. Article 10 of the Constitution deals with the principle of equality between men and women. And Article 20 of the Constitution guarantees the right to respect for family life and that no one may act in a way that violates family life or the private sphere. The protection of family life is therefore directly guaranteed by the Constitution. Protection is provided by the provisions of the Civil Code (Act No. 4721), which is the primary source of law relating to marriage, divorce and the welfare of children. In my study, I review the current rules and procedures for major Turkish marriages, reflecting on the regulatory practice of the most common problems encountered in family law disputes in mixed marriages.
