Megjegyzések:	Mostra realizzata nell'ambito del progetto ecomuseale "Cence confins/Senza confini" finanziato dalla Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia per la valorizzazione e la conoscenza del patrimonio immateriale storico ed etnografico della regione e delle aree contermini (L.R. 16/2014 art. 27 quater - Bando 2021). Le iniziative che l'Ecomuseo delle Acque dedica ai salam©ars arteniesi trasferitisi in terra di Ungheria, rientrano nel progetto "Cence Confins/Senza Confini", che ha l'obiettivo di far conoscere i luoghi piℓu significativi del Gemonese attraverso il cibo. I comuni di Artegna, Buja, Gemona del Friuli e Osoppo, che hanno aderito al progetto, vengono coinvolti nella valorizzazione delle peculiaritℓa storico etnografiche legate alla gastronomia, facendo leva sulle contaminazioni e sul trasferimento delle capacitℓa artigiane di cui le comunitℓa locali hanno fatto uso nel corso degli spostamenti tra i confini. Oltre alle mostre e agli allestimenti, sono in programma momenti di approfondimento con ricercatori e con esperti sul tema. Verranno pure promossi incontri dedicati alla degustazione dei prodotti e organizzate visite presso le aziende che ancora oggi propongono i piatti tradizionali del territorio. A kiállítás a "Cence confins/Senza confini" című ökomúzeumi projekt keretében került megvalósításra Friuli Venezia-Giulia régió támogatásával, a régió és a környező területek történelmi és néprajzi immateriális örökségének megismertetése és valorizációja céljából. (L.R. 16/2014 art.27 quater - Bando 2021) A kezdeményezés, melyet az Ecomuseo delle Acque a Magyarországra kivándorolt artegnai szalámikészítők bemutatásának szentel, a "Cence confins/Senza Confini" megnevezésű projekt része, melynek célja, hogy a helyi ételeken keresztül mutasson be Gemona környéki helyszíneket. A projekthez Artegna, Buja, Gemona del Friuli és Osoppo csatlakozott, részt vállalva a gasztronómiához köthető történelmi-néprajzi sajátosságok valorizációjában, a kézműipari szaktudás elsajátítását és átadását hasznosítva, amelyet a helyi közösségek határokat átszelő migrációjuk során alkalmaztak. A kiállításokon és tárlatokon túl, kutatók és a téma szakértőinek előadásai kínálnak lehetőséget a további ismeretszerzésre. Ezen kívül termékbemutatóval egybekötött kóstolókra és szervezett látogatásokra is sor kerül a helyi tradicionális ételeket mind a mai napig előállító cégeknél. The exhibition is part of the "Cence confins/Senza confini" ecomuseology project, funded by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region for the knowledge and appreciation of the immaterial historical and ethnographic heritage of the region and neighboring areas. (L.R. 16/2014 art.27 quater - Bando 2021) The initiatives of the Ecomuseo delle Acque about the Friulian salam©ars (salami makers) that migrated from Artegna to Hungary are part of the "Cence Confins/Senza Confini" project, which aims to make the most significant places in the Gemona area known through food. The municipalities of Artegna, Buja, Gemona del Friuli and Osoppo joined the project and are involved in the appreciation of historical and ethnographic specificities that are linked to cookery skills, leveraging on the blendings and the conveyance of artisan skills used by local communities when moving across borders. Beside the exhibitions and installations, in-depth discussions with researchers and experts on the subject are planned. Meetings dedicated to the tasting of products will also be promoted and visits to companies that still offer traditional local products will be organized.
