Megjegyzések:	Agriculture has experienced the change in the system of production and ownership as a shock. This has naturally transformed employment patterns. As a result of the processes that took place thirty years ago, the age of the people who became owners is typically over 65. As a result, they are considering the transfer of tasks and property, in short, the problem of generational change. Where possible, children take over as heirs. Where there is no suitable lineal descendant, other solutions become necessary, whether it is the sale or liquidation of the farm. Together with others, I believe that agriculture and agrarian society must be examined in its structures, so that we can draw conclusions from its present results about its development and evolution, and assess its interrelationships within the framework of rural development, agricultural management, sustainability and social thinking. The application of economic, agronomic and sociological methods and evaluation within these disciplines is a natural corollary. My research also confirmed that the farming community is ageing in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. The biggest problem is caused by the transfer of the farm and the change of generations in practice, whatever the time scale. The phenomenon will intensify in this decade. The difficulty is further compounded by the fact, confirmed by my research, that the bottleneck in agricultural production is the quantity and quality of human resources. Another important feature of this issue is the lack of a sufficient number of skilled and motivated workers in the county. Demographic problems, which have been mentioned for years and decades, are reflected in the data of my study. It has become apparent that the problem of employing unskilled labour is now not the amount of pay, but the shortage of labour due to emigration. This has become a bottleneck in employment. As a solution, the development and attractiveness of vocational training in agriculture has become a necessary and unavoidable task. From the point of view of regional development, the countermeasure against emigration must be to develop rural areas and make them attractive. In my research, I chose research interviews as a method to find out how the actors involved in the production side of agriculture perceive the current situation of the agricultural society. In this paper, I present the results of the empirical semi-structured interviews conducted in 2018, which show the situation of generational change and the labour issue.
