Megjegyzések:Abstract: Volunteering is one of the cornerstones of collective learning, and it has provided value in the context of this case study by launching an innovative social movement. According to Eurostat data, the participation rate in volunteering among the Romanian population is a mere 3.2%. Nevertheless, it's worth highlighting that non-profit organizations in Oradea have a distinctive profile due to their exceptional work. We employed the phenomenology approach to investigate the effect of volunteering and collective learning on social movements. Through our approach, we thoroughly examined the growth and evolution of volunteering as a professional entity within a bilingual and multicultural community. We were focused on a specific location and circumstance encompassing Romanian and Hungarian cultures. Additionally, we explored how non-formal learning in a group setting can improve inclusive education. Three small-group discussions were recorded between members and founders of one NGO (N=32). The findings emphasized the community-building power of volunteering as well as the significance of collaborative learning and information sharing.
