Megjegyzések:The studies related to the EU were rendered special emphasis in the curricula of the Hungarian public education following the change of regime. Geography (Our Earth and environment) provides the framework for the presentation of the studies related to the European Union. Nowadays, these are included in the regional geography studies of the primary schools (Classes 7 and 8) and in the general social geography lessons in Class 10. Nevertheless, it means a serious problem that the expanding materials are to be presented in narrowing time frames. The efficiency of education may be evaluated in connection with this and further changes seem to be necessary.
