Megjegyzések:In arable land and on calcareous cernozeem soils in the NPK-fertilization experiences, we examined the influences of the treatments for the N-content, S-content and N/S ratio, in the whole of the above-surface part of winter wheat. The samples were taken in the critical pheno-phases at the start of growth in spring, till harvesting. For the determination of N-content a K-S equipment was used, and the S-concentration was measured by I-A. The results are summarised as follows: The N- and S-concentrations in the whole part of winter wheat above the surface showed decreasing tendencies, independently of the amount of fertiliser, towards the end of the vegetation period. In comparison with the control treatment, the medium and high level NPK doses significantly increased the S-content, due to the S-content of superphosphate and the positive NxS interaction. The N/S ratio was between 8.5-30.7 in the vegetation period. The wide ratio in the stooling period (25-30) decreased to about 10 at maturing.
