The cause of this diversity is that there is no chance to collect and systemize these rights, because personality is up to several circumstances and it is in tight connection with that person we examine. Every person is different and law and society have their interest to help broadening the mind of persons. One of the basic civil law principles is the protection of autonomous personal mind. If there is a right codified in statutory law, it is an obligation to the legislator to create legal frame for this protection.
