Megjegyzések:During drilling, the drill-string is subjected to various excitation effects. The amplitude of the resultant drill-string vibrations will depend on the level of the excitation effects, the system damping and the proximity of the excitation frequency to a natural frequency of the drilling rig. Drill-string vibrations while drilling cause premature drill-string failure and represent a waste of drilling energy. To identify, calculate and avoid critical rotary speeds that can lead to bent drill-pipe, excessive wear, rapid deterioration and fatigue failure of the drill string. In addition to reducing failures, vibration control can improve both the bit live and the rate of penetration. The aim of vibration control is to avoid the resonance when drilling. For determining the natural frequencies of the drill-string, dynamic model constructions are necessary. To construct proper operating simulation program on the basis of dynamic models, all the excitation effects have to be taken into account.
