Megjegyzések:	In this article are presented some aspects about passive houses stressing the risks that may happen in case that air change that occurs due to leakage is not taken into consideration. What is the maximum number of air changes for a passive house and how we can concretely measure the air flow filtration? The low air tightness of buildings lead to major losses of energy. I also tried to illustrate some controlled ventilation systems for buildings that provide fresh air to occupants to obtain necessary conditions for comfortable and hygienic housing.
