Megjegyzések:It is possible to provide an energy analyzer, a 2-dimensional display type energy analyzer, and a photoelectron microscope which can perform energy analysis with a simple configuration at a low cost. The energy analyzer (1) selects a beam having a path energy E from an electron or ion beam (hereinafter, simply referred to as a beam) emitted from a predetermined object surface position with a certain open angle. The energy analyzer includes: a wide-angle electron lens (2) for acquiring the beam and conversing the beam; and a first aperture (3) arranged at the emission opening of the wide-angle electron lens (2) and having a through hole A arranged at the same position as the converging point where the beam having the predetermined energy is converged.
