Megjegyzések:	Restoration of divided ductus defernes using .1 tantalum thread, which is regarded as the most suitable material, causes scarring, the most frequent cause of strictures. Instrumental probing is also not completely satisfactory. This study uses an adhesive, Histoacryl-N-blau, to reunite the divided ductus deferens in 10 male dogs. The ductus deferens was divided transversely on both sides and then reunited over a polyethylene tube with the adhesive. The tube was then withdrawn through a lateral opening which was sealed with the adhesive. The dogs were sacrificed and examined hystologically at varying intervals. 4 of the 16 vessels were obstructed; 12 healed without constrictions; 2 of the dogs were still alive. 6 months after operation examined ducts were found to be patent. It is concluded that it is possible to unite the divided ends of the ductus by this adhesive. Constriction or occlusion was rare because there was no foreign body at the site of anastomosis and because the adhesive, especially if applied in small quantities, elicits no serious reaction and is absorbed after some time without trace.
