In the framework of the HURO/0901/179/2.3.1 project (Cross-border Development andImplementation of a Master Program in Advanced Mechatronic System) a new course isestablished: Mechanical design with a mechatronic system. In this paper I introduce a complexmethod from analyzing a mechanical phenomenon relating to vibration to applying measuringgauges as a mechatrionic system to control the operational circumstances. To every operationalcircumstance belongs an average load on which base the mechanical design of a mechanism can becarried out. This load can be calculated after constructing the dynamic models and the simulationprogram of the mechanism. Measuring involved in the testing process can prove the properness ofthe mechanical design.
