Megjegyzések:Human resource management is a complex activity that contains more challenges. The staff number that is needed for the operation of a company should be planned, the scope of activities should be worked out, the appropriate employee for the certain position should be found, retraining possibilities should be created. Achievement management is one important field of human resource management. Achievement management is one centre field of modern human resource managing, as the basis of the successful functioning of any company is the possibly most effective operation of its resources. Achievement evaluation is a possibility for the company and for the employer to overview the realization of the determined aims and the factors that block or promote accomplishments. Considering the results, the employee and the manager could determine subsequent realistic and accessible aims for the following period. Achievement management is extremely important in those positions where achievement could not be measured accurately.However to decide on the viewpoints and methods of achievement evaluation, to organize the evaluation and to report the results is a difficult process. These problems could be solved if the evaluation becomes a part of the corporate culture, if it encases into the human resource development concept that covers the whole career.Evaluation is effective if some indirect consequence or at least an appropriate feedback follows the process. The company could list the competence of the available human resource for the challenges that should be compassed upon a well-arranged evaluation plan. The human facilities of the development strategy, the needed re-arrangements and staff numbers could be carried out by the evaluation plan as well.It is worth for the company to develop an achievement management system that is effective for the employer and for the employee as well, by providing productive employees for the company who receive realistic donation for their job and get assistance for the evaluation and rectifying for their inadequacies.This article analyses the infiltrating of the achievement management into the corporate structure at some profit-oriented companies and in the public sphere.
