Megjegyzések:The aim of the paper is to provide an up-to-date picture of the situation of small biogas power plants using agricultural wastes energetically in Hungary, and the expansion of their number and capacity. In the course of the research we had a look at the types of agricultural wastes used in the biogas power plants operated in 2011, together with their biogas yield. We looked for relationships between the added materials, the parametres of operation and the composition of the biogas on the basis of data collected daily in the annual logbook of a small power plant. We concluded that the methane concentration is influenced the most considerably by the amounts of the added sweet sorghum and the slaughterhouse waste.
