Megjegyzések:	The advent of computer techniques resulted in an explosion-like development in the instrumentation and software of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging. For a more precise radiotherapy delivery, the following fields have been particularly active in the 90s: CT-based 3D forward and inverse radiotherapy planning, conformal radiotherapy (using mainly multileaf collimation), application of registered and fused tomographic (CT/MRI/PET/SPECT) images for 3D radiotherapy planning, automatic checking of radiation portals (electronic portal imaging) for field correction and in vivo dosimetry. At the Department of Radiotherapy in the National Institute of Oncology, Budapest all these methods are available or are currently under installation.
