Megjegyzések:Three scoliid species occur in Nagyerdő Forest. All three specis are important pollinator of flowers during imaginal stage and parasitise beetle larvae during larval stage. Mammoth Wasp(Megascolia flavifrons)has experienced a significant population increase since 2005. As wasps scolia hirta and Scolia quadripunctata parasitise larvae of Melolontha, Anomala, Anisoplia and Epicometis taxa, they are of key significance for forestry and agriculture. Therefore protection of these taxa and providing adequate breeding conditions for them are of conservation importance.
