Megjegyzések:	Sprouting is commonly practiced to add nutritional value to different seed types. When germination takes place, different types of nutritive factors, for example bioavailability of trace elements and vitamin concentration are noticed. To illustrate, it was investigated that the enrichment of selenium during wheat germination and also that of pea sprout known as Triticum aestivum and Pisum sativum respectively so as to add the maximum nutritive value of sprouts with bioavailable source of this element because Se is a necessary nutrient for humans, likewise forms the active centre of Se-containing enzymes, such as glutathione-peroxidase, thioredoxin-reductas.
