Megjegyzések:A pure FSH containing preparation (MetrodinR was used by the author for the treatment of 31 infertile women who had previously received courses of unsuccessful treatment by other drugs. During the study 47 cycles of treatment were performed and monitored by hormone assays and ultrasound folliculometry, resulting in ovulation in 3 cycles. Of the ovulatory cycles 14 showed signs of luteal phase defect. A total of 13 pregnancies conceived in the program (41,9 per cent), 8 clinical and 5 biochemical ones. The number of deliveries was 5 (19,3 per cent). Considering the less strict patient selection, the author views these results of FSH and hCG treatments as promising ones.
