Megjegyzések:Identifying and investigating cognitive abilities manifested in human socialbehavior should be one of the key topics of the psychology of intelligence. Social intelligenceas a construct has been introduced to identify and summarize a person's abilitiesthat may play a significant role in successful social behavior. In the present paper weoffer a short overview of the history of social intelligence research, and that of theproblems of defining and measuring social intelligence. Afterwards we review some importantsocial intelligence models in more detail. Furthermore, we discuss the relationshipbetween the concepts of social intelligence and emotional intelligence. Suggestionshave been made for possible directions related to the investigation of social intelligence.
