Megjegyzések:The paper presents a probability model of carrier mechanism. The formation of a carrier-substrate complex is considered to happen with a variable probability as a stochastic model. The characterization of this process from a mathematical point of view is achieved. The mathematical description embeds the carrier mechanism into the general theory of transport processes. It is proved that the carrier transport mechanism is only the one of asymmetric transport phenomena.
