Megjegyzések:	Hungarian agriculture has more than hundred-year-old traditions in treating seasonal employment and associated problems of agricultural labor migration. From the last decades of the XIX. century, before the massive application of agricultural machinery, entrepreneurial groups contracted to seasonal works. The basis for this activity was the properly organized structure, in the framework of which they went to the scene of the seasonal task by the instructions of their gang leaders (BORI, 2004). This strongly convergent, stable structural form, unit proved to be highly flexible in their adaptation to work tasks, employer expectations. In some territories of Northern and Central Hungary, this was a typical form of working activity, since they also travelled and lived in well-organized groups and these communities did break up. These migrating group members, workers and their way of life were called ?summás" after their wages. It lasted until 1948 unchanged, and it was also typical of other economic sectors, such as the employment of diggers in country planning, melioration, which considerably raised the territory of arable lands (ßeRSZIGETHY, 1995). Some former professional literatures, such as the monograph of Mez₃Ekövesd preciselydescribed the difficulties in this way of life, and the associated migrations (SÁRKÖZY and SÁNDOR, 1975). The problem in seasonality is still complex; it also includes the change in the distribution of wages, safety reasons, lifestyle of working. Internal and international migration of seasonal workers and its groups is still highly valid, working conditions has not changed much, labor employment policy lately introduced some new leverage to support and ease working conditions. Current economic problems have produced a rise in the number of the unemployed, which probably will cause change in the approach and understanding of temporary and seasonal work. This research paper mainly focuses on the agricultural group work, which seems to be traditional leverage in seasonal working, and its current employment conditions, terms. It also tries to focus on those associated problems, which may occur as a result of the current employment policy, its social and economic effect from both sides and tries to find solutions for the improvement of the current conditions
