Megjegyzések:	This study based on the research "Life quality in Nyíregyháza" and thesimilar research which was made in the District of Nyíregyháza. The abovementioned district is the statistical unit round town Nyíregyháza and contains littlesettlements, and small towns. The research gave us good possibility to compare theseunits and found the main characteristic of the quality of life in the county capitalversus it's agglomeration. The study shows the situation of the elder households (age65+). The main topics were: the conditions of households, benefits, subjective wellbeing,health situations, living conditions, costs of living, and housing .The study showed the special situations of households, where people over 65years, and lived alone, or together with the other old person.
