Megjegyzések:	Our field experiment took place on the test farm of KIT Látókép of University of Debrecen, Applied Economic Sciences, in growing seasons 2012/2013 and 2013/2014. The previous forecrop was grain maize with control, N60+PK and N120+PK fertilizer treatments,with two varieties GK Csillag and Mv Csárdás on chernozem soil, in long-term experiment. According to our scientific results, effect of the cropyear and variety determined the valuesof the leaf area index (LAI) and the yield. In 2013/2014 growing season varieties had muchlarger assimilative surface, which caused increase in leaf area index and in the yield. Bettercropyear increased the natural nutrient utilization capability of GK Csillag and Mv Csárdás. Compared to the previous year, in control treatment we measured 248.0-290 % higher yield and LAI (233-280 %) due to the favourable effect of the crop year. Maximum yield (8.03 tha-1) was measured with N60+PK fertilizer treatment with variety GK Csillag in 2013/2014 cropyear.
