Megjegyzések:	The Hungarian milk industry was facing major problems in the past decades. The number of cattle decreased from 421 thousand to 334 thousand and even the expansions did not take place so the farms were forced to live from their savings. As the consequences of this process, many farms went bankrupt or get close to it. Last year a conference took place at the University of Debrecen, where the opportunities and the problems were discussed. The aim of the program was to help the innovation and the expansion of the sector. To be able to form a successful expansion strategy the research of the whole sector is necessary. For that a small professional team had taken a developing farm as an example at a workshop discussion. Using the practically successful ideas plus the ideas based on previous experience a new innovation concept was created. Noted researchers and professors shared their ideas which were all gathered. I collected, synthesized and analyzed the problems of the sector and as well I finished the sectors SWOT analyze and problem hierarchy which organizes the subject which would help improving greatly the sector in the future.
