Dátum:2015
Megjegyzések:Grapevine Trunk Diseases, one of the most serious threats in Hungarian vineyards, are caused by several pathogens with the involvement of environmental factors. A survey has started in 2013 in order to get an overview about the fungal pathogens associated to the wood symptoms in Hungary. A total of 10,490 trunks were monitored in four vineyards [Szemere, Dorgó, Szarvas, Várhegy (Patrícius) dűlő] of the Tokaj wine region, in 2013 and 2014. Decline was recorded on 225 vines in 2013, and on 61 vines only in 2014, in the examined areas. The rate of the dead vines recorded in 2014 was also lower compared to the number of dead vines recorded in 2013, which was an extremely dry and warm year.Symptomatic vines were collected and used for isolating endophytic and pathogenic fungi. 249 and 107 trunks were sampled respectively in 2013 and 2014, from these vineyards and isolated fungi were identified by morphological and molecular tools. Diplodia seriata and Diaporthe species were often identified among the wood pathogens associated to the wood symptoms. Majority of fungi isolated from grapevines (one sample from each plant) were identified as Diplodia seriata 72% in 2013, and 48% in 2014). By contrast, Diaporthe could only be detected in 4% and 3%. Several non pathogenic fungi were also isolated from internal tissue of diseased vines, such as Trichoderma sp., Alternaria sp., Mucor sp., Penicillium sp., Epicoccum sp., Fusarium sp. and Aspergillus sp.
