Megjegyzések:	Grapevine trunk diseases are increasing problem in Hungarian vineyards. Currently there is no adequate and environmentally friendly protection against GTD pathogens. Mycoparasitic Trichoderma species are capable of destroying fungi and different species are applying as biocontrol agents on different crops against plant pathogenic fungi. Pruning wounds of symptomatic and asymptomatic plants were treated with locally isolated Trichoderma strains in the Tokaj wine region Hungary in 2014 May. Spore suspension contained 107 conidia ml-1 each of the three fastest-growing Trichoderma strains of different species (T. harzianum, T. orientalis and T. viride). The symptoms decreased in case of the treated trunks and we could isolate GTD pathogens beside the Trichoderma species from the woody tissue of almost all treated plants following 3 and 10 months. Further graft experiments for testing the effectivity of the Trichoderma strains have also been set in the Tokaj and the Villány wine regions Hungary, in 2015 March and April. Ten symptomatic and ten asymptomatic grafts and 120 rootstocks were collected from the Tokaj wine region. The rootstock was the 125AA (Berlandieri x Riparia Teleki-Kober), and the grafts were Hárslevelű H1104. In the Villány wine region were treated almost 12.000 healthy grafts (5BB (Berlandieri x Riparia Teleki 5BB rootstock and Kékfrankos (A4-1, Kt.1.), Cabernet Sauvignon (337 clone), Cabernet Franc (N101, I-SV-FV5, E11) grafts). Plants were treated with 107 conidia ml-1 of the three Trichoderma species, 8-oxi-chinolin-sulfate fungicide or water for soaking plants for 12, 24, 36 or 48 hours.
